Shipping and Returns

Shipping and Handling Fees
At Kathy Kuo Designs, we feel that our customers respond best when told in advance what their shipping charges will be. We offer flat rates for shipping depending on total value or order. We do not charge additional fees for processing and handling. We ship everything UPS Ground or Yellow Freight for over sized packages that cannot ship via UPS. Most purchases shipped from our warehouses will arrive between two and six days after the order is processed. Processing and handling takes between two and five business days after receipt of payment depending on size of merchandise and quantity ordered.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification by e-mail including a tracking ID so that you may track the package yourself. On orders that cannot be shipped via UPS, Yellow Freight will be used. They will be in touch with you via telephone to coordinate a shipping date and time. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. If you place multiple orders, your orders may not arrive in the same box.
Shipping Rates
Below is our flat rate shipping rates. Your shipping rates will be added to your total order value at time of check out.

Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are delivered by UPS Ground and an additional $250 fuel surcharge will be added per order to those territories. Some heavy or oversized items that cannot be shipped via UPS ground will be shipped via common freight carrier.

We do not ship internationally or process rush deliveries at the current moment.

Return Policy
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect all orders prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase(s) and notify us of any damage. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work quickly to resolve the issue at hand. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all merchandise that is purchased with damages. In an effort to maintain quality standards, we ask our customers to provide digital photos of the damage or a detailed description in e-mail so we can correct the issue for future orders. You will be refunded the total cost including shipping or a replacement of your merchandise.
